Nu-Beginning offers a wide variety of jams for you to enjoy. Whenever possible, we take advantage of the local "Pick your own" farms to supplement our own fruit. The in-season bounties are then frozen to capture the best flavor, this allows us to make the freshest jams all season long. The oranges for the Orange Marmalade support the Riverheads High School FFA, through their annual fruit sales. This in turn supports the next generation of farmers for our future. Full cases are available for a nice discount. Shipping times are directly related to our inventory on hand. We may have to make a batch before we can send any out. Please note that "Jam" uses all the edible parts of the fruit, "Jelly" uses only the juice. We only sell the jam.
