Nu-Beginning is happy to announce the availability of Coturnix Quail to our product line up! Also known as Japanese quail, these gently little birds provide both meat and eggs. The eggs are incredibly light and fluffy, with no bad cholesterol! Quail meat and quail eggs have a reputation of being a delicacy that's far too pricey. But that doesn't have to be the case! Sure, high end restaurants are the main one's buying these tasty morsels, but we're bringing them directly to you for a fraction of the price! The meat is sold locally frozen, as two bird packs or four bird packs. The eggs are sold 2 dozen per carton. At this time we will only ship the eggs. We are currently not set up to ship frozen meat and will not compromise the quality of the product. Therefore you must arrange to pick up your meat orders in person, either here at the farm or at one of our retail locations. The eggs will ship on Tuesday's from the freshest stock. Fertile eggs for hatching are not available at this time, but may be in the future. Quail eggs, fresh from the hens!
